Vista Musicale has implemented a secure encryption platform & your credit or debit card information will be encrypted from the moment your transaction is processed & will not be saved on a public server. Other information is only used to identify customers & to send order & dispatch confirmations. Similarly we collect delivery & billing information to process orders, and to contact you should there be a problem.

Delivery Aspects
All Vista Musicale orders are shipped using the services of Royal Mail. Vista Musicale cannot be held responsible for any postal delays that may occasionally occur.
Cost of packaging, shipping & handling: – Delivery costs are applied to each order & will be displayed on your order according to the destination. However, Vista Musicale only delivers to the locations listed on the Website. Anywhere not listed may not be possible, and in such cases the order will be cancelled & a refund processed.
Vista Musicale reserve the right to hold an order for security review but affected customers will be notified. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Vista Musicale. Vista Musicale may choose not to accept an order & will not be liable to you or anyone else in these circumstances.
Vista Musicale are also under no obligation to enter into any correspondence or discussion regarding the circumstances leading to order cancellation. Where an order is cancelled by Vista Musicale, any payments made will be refunded.
Vista Musicale is not responsible for any customs or import duties that are levied once the order reaches its destination country. Nor is it responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customers may have to pay these in full. Vista Musicale has no control over these charges & cannot predict what they may be as customs policies can vary widely from country to country.
Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the Website do not include delivery cost, which is added separately to the total order amount on the final checkout page.
Vista Musicale reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Vista Musicale accept payment by the major debit & credit cards and from existing customer balances via the secure PayPal payment system. We regret that we cannot accept payment by cash.

Please do not send any payment details by email as Vista Musicale cannot take responsibility or guarantee the security of any data sent this way.
Order Confirmation
Vista Musicale will automatically send an order confirmation email notifying the details of your order. You may wish to save or copy the confirmation order for your future reference. Receipt of your credit card payment does not constitute Vista Musicale’s acceptance of your order. Orders for goods are accepted only once we send a delivery confirmation email informing you that goods have been dispatched.
Although we aim to keep stock information up to date on the Website, we still accept orders subject to availability. Where items have unexpectedly sold out or are no longer available we will contact you to inform you accordingly. If we are unable to contact you we will automatically cancel & refund the relevant part of the order.
Product
Every effort has been taken to represent the album artwork and colours fairly. However, colour appearance on this Website will vary on different consoles & a slight variation is inevitable. Therefore colours should be taken as a guide & not considered exact.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by contacting info@vistamusicale.com. In addition to Vista Musicale’s Returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have seven working days (beginning the day after order confirmation) to cancel a purchase. Any payment will be refunded within 30 days. Where goods have been already shipped a refund will only be made on the return of the products in their original condition. In such circumstances postage will not be refunded.
Returns
You may return products within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returns should be in their original cellophane wrap. Vista Musicale will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy & we may seek to recover the cost of shipping such goods back to you. Vista Musicale’s Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that our return guidelines only apply to items purchased on the website. We cannot accept returns of products purchased elsewhere.
Please make sure that your return package is packed & sealed securely. Also ensure you return goods using a traceable service such as Recorded/Registered Delivery and retain your proof of postage receipt. Vista Musicale cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post on their way back to us, or damaged in transit due to being poorly packed.
We aim to refund or exchange goods as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card account no later than 30 days after we receive your returned goods.
